By donating the building ARIS INDUSTRIE, the contractor company does not follow the agreements stated in the concessional contract. It donates the legally non-existent possession (the building) when it is not finished yet, so according to the allotment contract the company from Bucharest is not the owner, as the purchase statement is not done yet. This obviously could not happen until the building is still under construction. |
